There's some truth to that. Especially when you hear guys like Gruden say they can't bring in a QB with a different style yet Ravens installed a completely different offense.

I've always been a strong supporter of coach Harbaugh and advocated in keeping him here. I am glad for him to be our Ravens head coach.

I no longer believe that Bisciotti is really committed to fielding a team that can compete for the Super Bowl. He is comfortable with Harbaugh and DeCosta, and as long as the Ravens aren't embarrassing him, he is fine with the Ravens fielding a mediocre team year after year.
