Same here. My leg day is Tuesday and I normally don't stop feeling sore until Friday or Saturday. A friend of mine recommended I start taking BCAA's.

Let day always sucked, especially in my younger days when I would almost pass out. It just takes so much out of you. Been reading about Hell Week for the SEALS, just brutal non stop training with 4 hrs. Sleep, for the whole week!!!

Lol I wish. It was fun, food wasn't bad. Drink selection good. DJ not great. Got a drink after so Friday was a late night. Can't do those as often these days...a bit of a struggle yesterday! But caught up on sleep last night so I feel myself again today. Jeez I sound old hahaha.

Well, the first snow is here. Got close ton3 inches so far and it's still coming down. Supposed to turn to rain later so the roads will suck ass tomorrow morning!

I don't know whether to say that's pretty or cringe, knowing it's not even officially winter yet and there's already snow.

For the record, DC probably not getting any today. There's a big joke that we're in a "snow hole," since areas north and south of us get hit but we stay dry haha.
