Re: Will any free agent running back not want to sign with the Ravens?

Then none of them would ever get long term contracts. So yea, guaranteed 1 year deals could be a thing, but if I'm a GM in that scenario I'm using a committee of cheap rookie contracts..... which is that half the league is already doing

I think if we address the RB position in free agency, we can let Mosley walk and draft a new linebacker that can actually cover in the first round followed by a guard in the 2nd and other OL picks to truly solidify this line.

It doesn't even need to be a first round pick. Kenny young proves that. We're good at drafting and developing linebackers as UDFA or later in the draft.

Save to dust round picks for marquee positions: pass rusher, CB, QB, T, WR

No way we are going QB or WR in the first round especially not QB in the first round for 2 straight years. Give LJ his rookie contract at least.

I wasn't saying we have those needs, I was saying first round picks in general should be spent on those positions. Not ILB which we can clearly fill with a lower pick
