This was posted a little while back on a fishing website I read quite often during the fishing season. It is a list of illegal poaching of mostly striped bass in the state of MD this year. Can anyone spot a common theme of most of the names on this list? I can. It pisses me off that not only do many of these people come into this country illegally, but they do not follow the laws of this state or country. The left tell us that these are good people that enter this country to build a better life for themselves. Yeah, maybe a few do, but many of them are here to abuse the system and couldn't give a rat's ass about obeying the laws of the land. Many on this list are repeat offenders, and of course, in the liberal state of Maryland, they get of scot free, and are back at it the next day, without fear of any consequences. It's a joke. Now let me get off my profiling soapbox.

Do they get a fine, at least? They probably don't have an ID to get a fishing license, either? To require that, it might impose a hardship, may be unconstitutional and/or suppressing the fisherman's right to illegally fish.
