Yes! I definitely burned myself out early in my career... had to find a good work/life balance. Need to learn how to say NO sometimes.

Update everyone on my career change for those who care...I took my union test a couple weeks ago a lot of fucking algebra a couple questions had me struggling like a mfer lol but I think I did well just waiting to hear back now from the JATC (electrician apprenticeship program here) I won’t lie I’m kind of nervous as hell about this major change in my life and I feel ready for it.

The Snowman one has glitter on it, but it's hard to tell in the pic. I think the cardinals on the lamp post is my best one so far though.

Happy for you, Smoove. Teaching can be a grind, especially now where it seems nobody appreciates the sacrifice you guys make. I know they're going to miss you, but you have to do what's best for you.

Ironically enough, I tutor math and science (for free). Algebra and calculus are my specialties, lol.

Did a Bahamas cruise once with a stop in Key West. Key West was the best part. Wished we had just gone there instead. Gotta get back.
