Doesnt matter.

Official USG electronic correspondence should be done on authorized USG devices.

She should be reprimanded.

However, the fact that Hillary hasn't even so much as sniffed a smack on the hand, nothing will happen to Ivanka - and nothing should until Hillary is prosecuted.

Is there any doubt that there are 2 separate sets of rules for us and them? I don't know the details of what Ivanka did but she should be investigated also, but why bother when nothing will happen. Sound like it's done all the time by all of them, from Colin Powell to Obama. Still doesn't make it right or legal. They all seem to be untouchable and it ain't right. Lock em all up.
