    Lamar Jackson Appreciation Thread

Our offense looked more exciting than ever!!! Made some nice throws and we ran for 267 yards rushing. This looks like a team that could actually compete for a playoff spot now.

LJ showed he can play on raw talent but he definitely needs some polishing. Very promising debut though

The kid did great. No panic after the pick or the 4th down miss. Lamar kept his cool and performed. That's just awesome to see

Indeed. He will only get better but one things for sure.. this offense can actually score points and wear down opposing defenses now.

Couldn't ask for much more from a rookie making his first start. Obviously still some things he needs to work on but the future looks bright.

He did well. I don’t like that offense and I don’t like that game plan. He’s going to get hurt.

He embarrassed alot of Bengals today. Reminds me of watching a young Micheal Vick.

Congratulations for Lamar Jackson getting his first NFL win. Much of what I've debated has not been personal toward him and I get a good vibe about his character. So, no matter my feelings, I think this is just a day to enjoy the young man's first victory.

I can see our resident Flacco lovers hating on Lamar today...

    My thoughts
He’s dynamic. He’s fast. I don’t want to see him get hit this much though.
His decision making and accuracy was not good today but perspective is.. he’s a rookie.

For a debut.. I would say a B. He had a couple cringe worthy throws but made a lot of plays. Wish we had a 1st round quality TE on the team because middle of field there are plays to be made.
