Still gotta show up vs the Raiders. No cupcakes in the NFL. Beat them, then maybe I look at playoff permutations.

We held the freakin saints to 24 points so we absolutely can make a run literally. It starts with our run game improving and today was a tremendous start. We get that fixed and we are absolutely in IMO.

Well, it looks like Tennessee lost Mariota.

So it's the conference tie-breaker that has us in right now.
    (Except vs Bengals it's the division, we're 2-3 and they're 1-2.)
Of our six remaining games, 4 are in conference and 2 are out (Atlanta, Tampa).

Hell if things really break right we could still win the division Pitt still has Denver, SD, NO, NE remaining on schedule which they could lose all of them going 9-6-1, highly unlikely but who knows. If we lose to KC & win the rest we would be 10-6.

Pitt gets SD at home, though. Also, disingenuous to list SD for them and then not list them for us. We also have to play them away in which we always struggle away. KC away also. Falcons away. All of our hard games left are away. Still have to play the Browns who we somehow lost to also.

It would take a miracle to get the division now. Let’s focus on each week and getting a wild card.

    Re: Playoffs are in sight

The division was lost when the Ravens lost at home to the Saints and Steelers.

Making the playoffs as a wildcard will come down to the Ravens doing something they have not been able to do much of the last 4 years: Beat a team on the road.

The ATL and SD games will determine their fate assuming they don’t lay an egg at home against the lessor teams.....which we probably shouldn't do given the tendency of Harbaugh's teams to do just that as the season goes on....

It looks like another season where we will have a make or break game late in the season to either sneak into the playoffs or miss them all together.

It’s becoming a reoccurring theme with this team and coaching staff. Pretty sick of it.

Glad they have a chance to make the playoffs, but when we don’t, all it does is guarantees us a high teens draft pick year after year.
