The ability to move your feet, turn your body and most of all see the field are all physical traits that matter just as much as arm strength. Rapid eye movement (or something like it) can be more important than rapid feet in a QB.

These videos make me wonder if he is doing everything possible to be the best he can be. Film study. Footwork. Its funny a couple weeks ago they said he was frustrated with Urban on tip drills. I really think he dont like putting in the work. But everybody at the castle swear he does. I think Lamar really want to learn and get better

Every QB has at least a couple of misses each game. So I am not that impressed with this montage. With that said, the problem with Flacco seems to be that he is regressing as the season goes on. He has always been streaky, and now he is in a bad funk.

Yeah, that's a good point. I've nothing to compare this to – I don't know if there are similar bad reads and late decisions and poor throws on Aaron Rodgers' tape, or Big Ben's tape, etc.

I will guess that this looks more like Blake Bortles' tape than Rodgers or Brees.
