Off-Topic: Celebrations today are staged & sissified !

I just caught the last bit of the Red Sox vs. Astros game, Sox advance to World Series. Cut to locker room:
There is plastic covering all the lockers.
All the players are putting on ski goggles in anticipation of champagne being sprayed.

Either:
A - suck it up & get a little champagne in your eyes, for God's sake. It's not gonna kill you sissy boys.
or
B - just stop this kind of celebration. If you have to go to this level of prep work, find a new way to celebrate.

If I'm celebrating and I have the choice of either a) getting champagne in my eyes or b) not getting champagne in my eyes, I think that's a pretty easy decision. And whether or not someone the internet thinks I'm not "tough" because I choose not to pointlessly hurt my eyes probably won't factor into my decision.

Heck these days when a team has a walk off HR, they're celebrating like they won the WS. Then when you see a team actually win the WS, it's no more special a moment.

At least SB winning celebrations have the confetti for effect.
