McKenzie isn't a fly by the seat of your pants manager. The Raiders were building a team the correct way with him. I think we're going to see that dumpster fire from here. Get excited Vegas.

More than anything, my diet is making the difference. Before my injury, I ate okay, compared to most Americans, but still had that mentality that I could just push harder at the gym. Once that was taken away and you know the meds don't help your body fat, it forced me to structure my diet better and improve it. I probably eat five or six times better now and it shows. It shows in my results. I feel it as well. My recovery time is faster.
