Oh did they? I had read they signed him, but I wasn't sure if it was to their 53 or to their PS. Either way...he never amounted to much.

I think the Giants are still a very bad team. Maybe they are playing the long game....play Eli till he falls off...get a great HB this draft, get your QB next year?

I figured Webb was the sole reason they didnt draft a QB.

Maybe. Their division is stacked against them. All 3 other teams have their franchise QB ( Dal, Philly) or a solid Vet( Wash). Why not grab a franchise RB this year , roll the dice and grab Will Grier , McSorely, or Lock. ? If they (Giants) like all 3 ...they’re bound to get one. Then they have 3 pieces on Offense Locke’s up. Qb, Rb and Wr.

Interesting that the Browns would let this guy go then sign Carl Davis. Although Nassib missed all of 2017 (I'm guessing injury?), his prior two years were pretty good :
