Re: Favorite songs from the 1990s

If you have Sirius XM there is a station called Lithium that just plays 90's grunge/alternative. Basically many of the bands I Touchdown There listed and more. I was entering my teens in the late 90s so the bands/styles that came around then is what I was more into, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Staind, stuff like that. But these days I have a much greater appreciation for all those grunge and alt rock bands that were around through the 90s, it's actually a big chunk of what I listen to.

You guys have covered a ton of groups I love. And a few I don't or have never heard of. Great thread, GJ.

I didn't see anybody list Toad the Wet Sprocket. Anybody else besides me like them?

They're probably number 3 for me behind streetlight manifesto and five iron frenzy. I have been on a suburban legends kick lately though...

Honestly, their self titled one is the only one I own. Also like what I've heard from and out come the wolves. My favorite songs from them are off indestructible (thanks need for speed underground) so I'll go with that

My friends in high school were in a Ska band actually. It was big in north jersey though, even if I was late to the game on listening to it.

No doubt, reel big fish, and the bosstones were mainstream for a hot minute.

Saw RBF at Rams Head Live in Baltimore like 10 years ago. The Aquabats opened for them.

    LOVE Aquabats.

"All I Want" was their first hit. I also love "Crazy Life" and "Walk on the Water". They are all on Youtube. Talented bunch of guys.
