    Madden

Anyone else pick it up today?

I tinkered with it for an hour earlier, so I haven’t gained much perspective on it.

One thing I already despise about it is the soundtrack. It’s awful. I played on mute.

Huge fan of the run game. A lot of people dont like it and it does take getting used to, but it feels so realistic and when you break a big run it's super satisfying.

I mean last year wasn’t a cakewalk with running either. You really had to pick the right hole and time your cuts. Otherwise you had a lot of 2-3 yard gains.

I'm 10-3 through 13 with the Ravens (Note - I'm playing every game on All-Pro).

I started Lamar for the whole year and made two trades:
    1) Za Smith for Corey Clement
    2) Michael Pierce for Alex Mack

The trade logic isn't great , but I didn't want to re-sign Pierce and we need a C.

If you can make those trades in real life I'd hire you as our GM

Lmao. In a previous one I traded someone and some picks for Vita Vea to replace Pierce, but its so unrealistic I dont like doing it.

Za for Clement seemed kind of plausible (Eagles have Sproles back and you can always use pass rushers), but Pierce for Mack just wouldnt happen. The Falcons could use another DT, but not at the expensive of a C which are hard to come by,

    Madden update:

Finished the year 13-3 (lol ya right in real life).

    Stats:
    Lamar Jackson - 68% completiion, 3,859 yards, 27 TD, 15 INT + 562 rush yards and 3 TD

    Alex Collins - 273 carries, 1,161 yards (4.3), 12 TD
    Corey Clement - 77 carries, 369 yards (5.1), 2 TD
    Buck Allen - 62 carries, 347 yards (5.6), 3 TD

    John Brown - 83 catches, 1,113 yards, 6 TD
    Crabtree - 79 catche, 960 yards, 9 TD
    Hurst - 68 catches, 831 yards, 6 TD
    Snead - 63 catches, 541 yards, 5 TD
    Moore - 20 catches, 224 yards, 1 TD

    Suggs - 9 sacks
    Williams - 6.5 sacks
    Judon 5.5 sacks

    Jimmy Smith - 5 INT

Anthony Levine with a wildly underrated year as the nickel ILB and back up SS (Jefferson missed some games). 95 tackes, 3.5 sacks, 3 INT, 7 pass deflections. He was really solid as the subLB

    Fun year
