    Depends on the state and that is for the primaries, where you elect who you want to be the candidate for President. After that when it comes to casting a ballot for President or whomever, you can absolutely pick who ever you want.

    Depends on the State, but in closed primary elections you can only vote for the candidate in your party that you want to go to the General Election.

    You can vote for any one you like in the General election.

    What's that election process called where whoever yells the loudest gets the vote?

    Mostly in Mid West I think, that shit is weird.

    That isn't really how caucuses go either. A caucus is usually done by written ballot but they are held in homes and other less formal polling places. You must be present in a caucus to vote at the time the vote is taken. The polls are open for less time.
