Re: Arizona cops punch out unarmed man
This is obviously a case of police brutality. There should be an investigation.

Re: Arizona cops punch out unarmed man
The cops were out of control. The victim chose to not obey an easy request. All he had to do was sit down. But now he will get paid. That's what makes me think a lot of this stuff is planned, but the officers let this guy get to them and taxpayers will foot the bill.

Arizona cops punch out unarmed man
In my mind, any police officer that acts outside of the scope of their job or implements obvious unnecessary force (which is subjective, I know) should be charged and tried.

Re: Arizona cops punch out unarmed man
The main question that I have while the man was in the police station was he given an order by the police to sit?

Lock him up. That's assault and battery where I come from.
