    E & R, we know it's not Flacco's norm. Aside from some HOF QBs (Brady today for instance) there haven't been many. It sure wasn't Trent Dilfer's either. However, due to the very few times most teams make it to the Super Bowl and win the NFL championship, we must appreciate those few times we do. Now I am as disappointed as the next Ravens fan that Joe hasn't developed after that great 2011/12 run, but I still acknowledge what he did back then... Bc
