This graph seems almost worthless because of how broad it is. I mean, a pass that goes 16 yards in the air is a lot different than a pass that goes 40-50 yards through the air, right?
I'd be interested to see it broken down in 10 yard increments.

    Great thread. Great info.

Joe has clearly struggled lately but at the same time personnel and scheme are factors in QB performance.
Joe's best years correspond to his receiving weapons, and as per this thread his best 'deep ball' passing seasons seems to match-up with Torrey Smith's presence.

I hope and expect (if healthy) that Joe will have his best year he's had while playing under Martywhig (and possible one of his best season as whole) because this team will have the best weapons its had in awhile.
It show time for Joe. Kill it this year to hold down the job and be traded in a favorable market OR fade, underperform and give up the mantle to the rook before the season is over and get released next year.

The main obstacle will be chemistry. How long will it take for the new receiving corps to click with Joe and Marty? Toward the end of the season the offense was putting up good numbers....but I don't know if Joe can survive a slow start to play his way to a strong finish.

    I'm excited for the season.

Makes you wonder what happened. I still think it reeks of Barbs putting his filthy "dont lose" mentality into Joe and the team honestly.
    Burn it down

They definitely didn’t do him any favors.

I just never understood why they paid Flacco if harbs just wanted to run a 1970s bo schembechler team in the modern nfl passing era.
