Back injury working out = bad form, lifting too much, or bad programming. I'd put any of those on the player.

Thank goodness this guy turned down our apparent offer. Just another over the hill malcontent. Now his getting released is everyone's fault but his. SMH. Looks like he's getting a bit salty. Think he's still glad he turned us down?

It would have been a disaster and a big cap number. Browns are the perfect spot for Dez

esmd, we all make decisions in our lives that can turn out good or bad. I think Dez Bryant (30 this November) should have thought about his age in this younger-and-younger NFL environment. I've even read where posters think some RBs are over-the-hill @ 28 or 29. Perhaps he should have taken the Ravens contract offer more seriously instead of letting his ego get in the way. Well it's co$t him, IMO made the Ravens better, and someday he will regret his decision... Bc

I definitely agree with Bc. He allowed his ego and pride to overshadow the reality of the situation as he saw it. It has indeed cost him. While Stephen Jones brought up his name first, there was no need for Bryant to retort at all.

If you read the whole comments by Stephen Jones, he was not being derogatory at all, even compared him to Witten. There were some takes quoted out of context.

But either way, if you're an unemployed NFL player, you probably shouldn't call out your previous owner, coaches, and teammates.
