There are some differences between players like Dez and players like Steve Smith. Smith's work ethic was exceptional. He believed in proving it on the field. If he didn't, he ate it. So, while he could trash talk or be vocal, he garnered respect.
Does Dez have a bad work ethic? Honest question - I haven't a clue.

He never improved as a route runner or did anything to adjust his game so signs point to not that great work ethic.

I can't question whether or not he has a good or bad work ethic. So, I should have worded my statement better. However, you haven't seen him adjust his game, the way that other veterans such as Steve Smith Sr. did when it came time to. So, I would say more of not the right work ethic.

I will assume you're kidding about that, otherwise you are (and I'm being kind here) out of your mind! IMO if he had to do it over again, he would have jumped on Ozzie's original 3 year/$21 million contract. Do you disagree? ... bc

I'm with Dez on this one.

I also don't regret Dez turning us down.

He posted on Instragram that he wants to play for the 49ers; then he deleted it

Yup! I think if the Ravens put that offer on the table right now, he'd be at BWI before Ozzie heard a dial tone. Arrogance and pride, bite you in the ass every time, as Dez is learning.
