    The good is Ozzie is really trusted. I think his method of allowing players to test the market and come back for a "fair" offer sits well with agents and players. It's part of the reason we've landed some high profile players. (Regardless of whether they panned out.)

    The bad is that I'm also sure Ozzie is also liked because he's given out some very player-friendly deals lately.

    Interesting none the less.

    yeah I would put money on him giving out contracts that some have said were much higher and longer than deserved. PLus he has been in the role for 20 years now too
