    Brigade season 2

Baltimore's indoor/arena team the Brigade won its opener against the Washington Valor

this Saturday night they play @ defending champion Philadelphia. the Brigade was the last team to beat the Soul, breaking their long winning streak (can't find exact number)

only four teams in the league this year; Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Albany. I hope this operation can grow a bit.

the Saturday night game will be on CBS Sports Network starting at 7:30
"Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens. Beat them, injure them, shove them to the bottom of the standings, drag them into a hostile environment and mount a big lead, and they just keep trudging forward like nothing fazes them." (Bleacher Report)

Brigade holds Phil to 21 points, wins to go 3-1

    http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/b...504-story.html

***The Baltimore Brigade defeated the defending-champion Philadelphia Soul , 31-21, Friday night at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, moving the teams into a tie atop the league standings. Brigade quarterback Randy Hippeard threw for 207 yards and four touchdowns and was named the game's MVP, his third of the season. Brigade wide receiver Brandon Collins and defensive back Virgil Gray were named Offensive and Defensive Players of the Game, respectively. "Any time you can hold a team to 21 points, especially someone like Philadelphia, you make a statement," Hippeard said. The Brigade have a bye week before playing May 19 at 3 p.m. at Capital One Arena against the Washington Valor.***

unheard of to hold an arena league team to 21 points, esp the defending champs
    first place baby!!!

Have you been to a game? Last Friday I almost bought tickets and was planning on taking some friends who are in visiting from Phoenix.

Honest opinion was the game any good?

    Re: Brigade season 2

Brigade is playing Philadelphia home-and-home for first part of Arena League playoffs
won first game 57-45. if they win this weekend, or lose by less than 12 points, they go to the final.

Albany edged Washington by one point in their first game.

Soul player dissed Baltimore fans.. ***Dolezal said the Brigade doesn’t have much of a home-field advantage. “It’s just the opposite of a home-field advantage where it’s a loud and a rowdy crowd. There’s really nobody in the stands in Baltimore, so it’s almost like practices sometimes. We know that can’t be a factor. We’ve got to come out with some energy.*** http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/...-20180715.html
