Re: Trump hits Syria
The privilege and misinformation in this thread is hilarious. You all regurgitate talking points from Fox News and propaganda spouted by the main stream media.
This country is done. Finished. It has been judged to be wicked and light in the ass! Years of greed, racism, and debauchery is finally catching up to America.
The only reason we are in the Middle East is because if and when the US stops being the reserve currency in the world, this entire financial system is going to crumble. Period, your 401k, aint gonna be there, your SSI, ain’t gonna be there, your stocks, ain’t gonna be there, but continue to worship money!
We can only pay the service level on the debt because of the ability to print money out of thin air. That ability will stop, and this entire charade is going to end. Horribly.

Re: Trump hits Syria
LOL
Holy shit, how do you not see the irony in the garbage you believe?
You just called everyone on the board privileged again. (Well being called privileged most people would normally take that as a compliment) but when it comes from a blatantly racist person like you we can only assume you mean (White people).
But you are calling others privileged but then you are whining Trump will take away your SSI? You do realize SSI (supplemental security income) and Social Security is not the same thing right? LOL
I bet you don't.
You say the entire charade is going to end? What your SSI disability check? Are you afraid of joining the work force in 2018?
This country is done? Are you not a part of this country? Are you not enjoying your freedom of speech?
The Board Racist calling others racist? LOL now that is funny

Re: Trump hits Syria
Actually, I think Filth brings up a good point about the dollar and the US.
The fact is that we are in a tremendous amount of debt and the Federal Reserve continues to print money, which devalues it and increases inflation.
By controlling the MENA region and their resources, we can hold countries that we're indebted to at bay (like China, for instance).
It's all about natural resources folks - particularly fossil fuels. Yet another reason to really move away from fossil fuels permanently and across a much larger spectrum.
If the gubberment were serious about fixing these issues (but they're not, because they're not going to be alive to see what happens), then they'd make sweeping cuts across the board.
EPA - gone
DOE - gone
DOEd - gone
USPS - gone
DoD - Greatly reduced in terms of spend and reach (we just don't need everything they spend on).
DHS - Disbanded and folded under something else...DOJ perhaps?
Then, tackle energy issues.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Trump hits Syria
Yeah in that incoherent rant he accidently stumbled upon a valid point.
Agreed we need to move away from fossil fuels permanently.
USPS is self run. It's budget does not come from the federal government (tax dollars). That's why the price of stamps and shipping through USPS goes up every year. It's the USPS's only revenue source.Master of 'Gifs for dummies'

Re: Trump hits Syria
Do you guys think these strikes will accomplish anything more than the missile strikes last year accomplished? We made a statement that the use of chemical weapons was unacceptable last year with the missile strikes. What was the purpose this time?

Re: Trump hits Syria
“The purpose of our actions tonight is to establish a strong deterrent against the production, spread and use of chemical weapons,”
All of the pictures from the bombing raid show Syrian chemical weapon plants to be destroyed. Pretty straight forward.
Also, it's a deterrent against the IS who are being very naughty.
I bet the IS hates Mattis.Last edited by ravenmaniac4life; 04-16-2018 at 10:16 AM.
