Re: Vikings cut WR Jarius Wright
Why was he cut? Doesn't look like he was making that much coin, and he played 16 games last year, so it doesn't appear to be injury related?
Stats look pretty Jaggy...what's the interest?
I'm still way intrigued by Willy Snead and his low tender.
EDIT - stats look pretty Jaggy the last 2 years. Was he simply pushed down the depth chart and now, off the roster? Was this a "courtesy" cut i.e., the kid deserves more run than is possible in MN given their depth chart?

Re: Vikings cut WR Jarius Wright
Wright got a little shiftiness to him and a second gear, strong hands too. I wonder why he was cut? He could be cheap, they definitely should be looking at him

Re: Vikings cut WR Jarius Wright
By now you probably know my philosophy : Crabtree and Brown are enough!
(a) draft a WR high (1st or 2nd round) which Ozzie might not do if he signs another FA WR.
(b) use our remaining cap $ on a position of need (like TE or O-line).
(c) how do we know someone like Tim White can't do what Wright can?
IOW, I'd pass... Bc

Re: Vikings cut WR Jarius Wright
Are people really wondering why he was cut? Fricken' Antonio Brown has probably outproduced his last 2 seasons combined in a single game. Wright has never really done much in the league, WR4, meh would rather have Jordan Matthews or Pryor who have 10x the upside. Even Kendall Wright has a much better track record as a proven producer.

Re: Vikings cut WR Jarius Wright
Solid WR. Take him depending on cost.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

That seems like an actual reset to me."Cause if you ain’t pissed off for greatness, that just means you’re okay with being mediocre, and ain’t no man in here okay with just basic.”

I would still try and get ebron. He pretty much is a big body receiver.
