Agreed that the front office is in desperation mode, but Harbaugh has built a team culture that is not attractive to "splash free agents."

Back in the day, other players wanted to play with Ray and Ed. I believe we were even able to land Wallace because of Steve Smith. Harbaugh has constructed a team void of leaders that others want to play with .

He has a shit Offensive coordinator who plays outdated football that Harbaugh signs off on. What is attractive about playing with the Ravens. What is our identity and who is the face of our franchise that makes the Ravens a desirable place to play. Hey Steve that is why fans don't come out.

The Front office has sucked in terms of player evaluation and salary structure but Harbaugh has a huge role in the decline of this franchise over the last 5 years.

The Ravens promised Smith he would get the snaps he wanted and give him free reign in the offense. Other teams like the Patriots and Chargers told him he'd part of the WR corp.

Harbaugh gave him the keys and said do your thing. When Steve Smith was hurt Harbaugh told him he'd have a job as long as he wanted it. Those 2 got along as good as any player and coach could. Harbaugh loves work ethic and no one had a greater work ethic than SSSr
