Article: Why There Is (& will be) a Weak FA Class

Interesting read and makes sense. EDIT: Also refers to Jensen maybe becoming the highest paid C in the league @ $10M plus

Good quote from the article to remember this time of year: Follow what a team does, not what it says, to figure out where it is.

The Ravens need to let Jensen go. No way is he worth $10M a year or anywhere close to it. I think Skura can handle the job, or they could end up drafting a Center.

Only problem with that is if the center gets driven back all that pulling is done and there goes the run game

    I loved this one:

“I think it was Carl Banks who said it, talking about the Giants free agents,” recalled one AFC personnel exec this week. “You’re not just buying the free agent, you’re also buying the reason he’s a free agent.”
Like, for example, Jeremy Maclin. Words to live by.

First off, how do you know for sure he will want (or get) $10 mil per year?
2nd, You "think Skura can handle the job?" What if he can't?
3rd, "or they could end up drafting a Center." Do you mean like Zuttah or Gino Gradkowski?

esmd, don't be so quick to dismiss a player who shows fire and is coming into his prime years... Bc

    I think just Yanda.

Jimmy would be if he could stay healthy.

Would love to trade Jimmy because of his injury concerns.. cut Maclin and trade BW because hes overpaid and overrated IMO. Use that extra moolah for Sherman and Landry.

Sherman is going to look the same as Browner when not being backed up by Chancellor and Thomas. There’s a reason Every corner the plug in looks good. And they don’t when they leave
