FanSpeak Free Agency Simulator and Mock Draft

Went to FanSpeak and did their FreeAgency Simulator, then their draft simulator/mock..This is what I came up with. Note: I did not follow college football much this year, so I am sure my mock draft will be pretty weak and uninformed.

^ Love this as a mock off season, getting Landry AND Ridley AND resigning Jensen and Urban...

Keeping Breshad Perriman WR @ $2,769,878 is the "unkindest non-cut of all!"

    That's Shakespeare... Bc

I agree with PGCounty - getting both Landry and Ridley is awesome.

The first two picks of the draft scare me though. The last time we went WR then TE it didnt end well. Let's hope for the best!

Nicely done. I would have let Campanaro walk though but he is cheap.

    Sheldon Richardson?
I personally want to see at least two WR's drafted
ditto BC on BP11, but that can be a later cut

That's pretty neat with the offseason / cap thrown in. I'll give it a shot later tonight.

Yeah. Sheldon Richardson was a random add truing to spend money. I jave little to no knowledge of college football so i was jist grabbing one of the top 5-10 guys on their board at a position we could use

Personally, I would rather sign Allen Robinson, and instead of signing Richardson, I'd have looked at re-signing Wallace, and then potentially signing a ILB or a TE. I would not draft Ridley, would rather go OL in rd 1. Good job though, I'd be happy with that offseason if it were to be a reality.

Why resign Wallace?? He is 32 And acknowledged himself he lost a step 2 yrs ago when we signed him. He was a one trick pony whose big play speed set up his routes which were never good. His big play speed threat helped him in his shorter routes. His big play speed isn’t scaring nfl cornerbacks like his Steelers days. He was most productive receiver by default and it shouldn’t mean he deserves he should be signed.

Truth be told the WR unit is complete trash and needs an overhaul of younger WRs. In free agency for a change we need WRs that will he better with reps and seasons in the system playing with joe. As opposed to losing a step once he adjusts to the system and joe. Yeah, the cap cut red tag vet loses a step the next year which negates the experience he gained. A WR you sign should be making his jump in year 2 within the system. Not worrrying about him slowing down. Ravens need to look at young talented free agents looking for opportunity to be the alpha Receiver. And his best football is yet to come. Ravens always bring in receivers whose best play is in the rear view thus the offense can’t ever get out of low gear. Paul Richardson is an up and coming explosive playmaker. Kinda players ravens need

I don’t know where the cap numbers came from but they’re almost all wrong. Carryover is 3.5ish but there’ll be about that much in bonus adjustments, or maybe a little more, so it’s irrelevant. Rookie cap is 7.5m, not 5. Gonna have to cut a little deeper I think. Also hate the idea of restructuring Williams again although the owner did mention it
