It appears to be an abbreviated version of past “State of Ravens” addresses. No mention of team president Dick Cass, GM Ozzie Newsome or HC John Harbaugh being available. They’ve all been part of “State of Ravens” in past.

    Yeah ESPN reports it as:

Ravens announce owner Steve Bisciotti will speak to the media on Friday, Feb. 2, and will answer questions about the 2017 season and the future of the team. This is a different format for the "State of the Ravens" press conference, which has traditionally included general manager Ozzie Newsome, coach John Harbaugh and team president Dick Cass.

This could simply mean nothing, or... something?

I don't think there was any particular solution that was going to please fans. I just hope Steve doesn't pretend like everything is peachy. He better be ready to face the music. And hopefully the reporters won't ask softball questions.

State of the Ravens press conference will take place at 2pm next Friday. Only owner Steve Bisciotti speaking. No Ozzie, Harbs or Dick Cass

One report says 1:30 another says 2:00 lol

This may yield more candid resposes than the SOTR which included a lot of coach speak

The Ravens official twitter said it's at 1:30 PM. I think they would know better

Might as well just be Bisciotti. Harbs always says "that's a question better for Ozzie" and Ozzie hardly ever says anything.
