Humphrey is contending that the other party fabricated parts of the story and has eye witnesses to prove it. If that is the case probably no suspension.

This all has the feel of a 'insecure' Uber driver that has resented Big Man on Campus and thinks he has a scheme to 'bring him down'. With all this taking place at the home of the University of Alabama.

Charges against Marlon dropped due to lack of probably cause. Figured that would happen. Now hopefully the NFL doesn't decide to punish him anyhow.
