This makes little to no sense in several ways. If Flacco is so bad who would take him? If Smith is so great why wouldn't that team pursue Smith? How will Smith perform here with these weapons? Do you remember him in SF?

We need to put our resources into REAL WEAPONS at WR then see what happens. If Flacco can't play well with some real threats then his cap will be manageable to the point you can trade or release him. That said, you had better find somebody better beforehand . . . and you are a LOOOONG way from convincing Smith is.
Wasn't he decent his last two years in sf? Granted he had an entirely different Harbaugh.
