True but it is saying things that non-Ravens fans, including the national media, didn't know

Mistake on my part. It wasn't Peter King and it really wasn't that at all. I misremembered what I read.

The actual article I was thinking of:

    And the quote:

Football has always been a bit nepotistic, but the cream tends to rise to the top. Imagine how much money John Harbaugh, Mike Tomlin and Mike McCarthy would be worth if they just acted like a football’s Guy Fieri for three hours a week on television?
Still find it wierd that Harbs is held in such high esteem in media circles.

The cap is a yearly nightmare. I use to laugh at the Steelers having to refinance contracts every year, which make next year cap number worse.

It's time to bite the bullet and fix this cap. And I don't want to hear people cry about Joes cap number. Qb=20-25 million. Get over it. But Smith at 15, and Williams new contract already redone once is retarded. Cut 25 million in cap this year. Play younger and cheaper players if you have to. But you can't be 5 million under the cap every year even before the draft. Back loaded contracts must stop. The dead cap money and IR money were over 40 million this year. 1/4 of your total cap space wasted.

Gotta get there to be 5-4, this team barely sniffing the PO's since the SB

I also liked the fact LaCanfora mentioned how bad our recent drafts have been. For some reason Ozzie is still put up on a pedestal nationally. I guess it goes back to drafting Ogden and Lewis in the same round... which was an amazing thing if you think about it. We need that Ozzie magic back in this years draft for sure.

[QUOTE=GreatWhiteNorthRaven;1392176] It's just a small market team doing the same thing and now warrants exposure. Baltimore is not under the microscope like bigger markets are.
    /QUOTE]

Yep. The national media still pretends we been an Elite Defensive team like Reed and Lewis never left. They still act like they were Elite in the Superbowl and we have some magical defense that is hard hitting, attacking and ferocious.

they literally dont watch any games we play...why would they at this point, we're as fun to watch as the Bears
    Burn it down
