Longest play off drought in the 21st century

Only two seasons off the drought between 96-99. If it wasn't for Gary Kubiak in a one off season we'd have been looking at five seasons without a play off appearance. This must lie on Harbs and the coaching staff. Changes must happen now.

But they probably won't change anything. They have injuries to use as an excuse.
