Name our new OC and explain your reasoning

    Bruce Ariens

Only guy I want that isn't some young guy out of college that I have no idea who he is.

He could transform Joe and maybe the only one to come in and fix things.

I think one last chance to stick it to the steelers would lure him out of retirement.

Not as much stress as HC job so his health would improve (like Gary)

His health has been questioned over and over, just like Gary but without the stroke. Rumor is it his wife wants him done too. I think that Ravens OC could lure him out of retirement because the strain on his health would be much less severe. Just like Gary, speaking of which...

I would be amped if they could get Arians. Maybe they bring in Pagano and he helps lure Arians? It could work - someone phone Harbaugh

Arians would be a good fit for Flacco, Wallace also excelled under his scheme. The only problem is his plays are slow developing and lead to a lot of hits on the QB which I don't think I would want to expose Flacco to at this stage in his career.

For better or for worse I think MM is here to stay. If he goes I see a promotion from within with Greg Roman. Him and the other OL coaches did a hell of a job this year.

Gary Kubiak - IF - and it's a big if, he can get it working with Greg Roman as the running game coordinator, it would have to be a true blend because our O-line is not capable/doesn't have the talent to run the ZBS (plus NFL rules have made it much less effective).

I'm not sure it would work because the passing in Gary's system is ENTIRELY keyed off the QB footwork and steps, reads, throws, timing, everything, EVERYTHING. I apologize for shouting, but it's that important.

IF they can work out a blended system where Roman's running the line could blend with Gary's system, it might be magical, but it would require changing from ZBS to power blocking. If both coaches were agreeable to doing it, I would love to see it.

Both coaches I recommended (Bruce and Gary) I think would be able to fix Joe. Anyone else in our system right now will be much of the same, no one is going to fix Joe.

Plus next year they need to bring in a former NFL QB as QB Coach for Joe to help him.

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco said he expects Marty Mornhinweg to remain offensive coordinator. "Our relationship continues to grow," Flacco said. espn.com/espn/now?nowId…

I believe our "new OC" will be our old OC. The Ravens offense started to score more points around mid-season. Perhaps with a FA or two and a good draft, leaning more towards the offensive side, this team can thrive in 2018. IMO Marty M. will be staying... Bc

Joe wanting Marty to stay was exactly what John said was the reason for keeping Marty.
