What has one got to do with the other? A world beating defense won't improve Flacco's IQ or accuracy or make him any younger.

Yeah but a good OC can improve his IQ by using the radio in his helmet.

It's funny...who was responsible for the defense giving up the huge late chunk plays to brown a few weeks ago and last night to Boyd.

Is 15 seconds not enough to presnap read?

That being said I'm not impressed with QBs who need all the right conditions satisfied in order to play at their full potential. There's a reason why they don't trust Flacco to play. He makes bad decision with the football which you can chart every season. He doesn't "miss" reads but he doesn't pick the best option on any play which results in -1 yard completions. Then there's his inconsistent mechanics. All of these issues are independent of any receiver and offensive line.

So then I guess you're not impressed that Aaron Rodgers is surrounded by three 2nd Rd WRs that make $10M per year each?

You should be impressed by the fact that Rodgers has chemistry with his receivers without spending time practicing with them in the offseason while Flacco has no chemistry with his receivers either way.

7 straight 3 and outs in the first half and a total of 1 first down. While there were some drops alot of Joe's passes were behind WR's. Our first 10 points were set up by a turnover and a special team return. Why can't 2nd half Joe show up in the 1st half? With that being said no way should this defense give up a 90 yd TD drive and a 4th and 12 conversion for a TD. If we came to play in the 1st half things would of been different
