Re: Ravens work out Jeremy Kerley
Remember Jeremy Butler?
Similar type of reliable, steady, if unspectacular, possession receiver who runs decent enough routes. Though our Jeremy was taller, as Kerley is only about 5' 9''.
Was the 49ers leading WR when they had nothing else there other than Torrey, becoming Blaine Gabbert's favorite option.
As for why the Jets waived him:

Re: Ravens work out Jeremy Kerley
Kerley is a small receiver with return skills and some decent speed. He’s 5’9” 180-185lbs. He’s had some nice plays here and there. Wouldn’t be a bad depth option.

Re: Ravens work out Jeremy Kerley
Kerley is Campanaro with more success as a receiver. He wasn't bad for the 49ers last year. I think might have even been their leading receiver. That's not a good sign for an offense but as a Maclin replacement he would be a pretty good option

Re: Ravens work out Jeremy Kerley
small guy that can catch balls if you put it on his hands/chest. Dont expect highlight plays, but he shouldnt drop a 3rd and 5 hitch route
Burn it down

Re: Ravens work out Jeremy Kerley
YEAH THIS IS JUST WHAT THE RAVENS NEED ANOTHER SUBSTANCE ABUSE GUY!
His quote was a "Ghost tainted his pee" ? LOL
I doubt he will amount to much, maybe John is trying to make sure no one catches us as the #1 team with substance abuse suspensions.
