Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
Gotta say...even though the OP hasn’t really been active on this post ..I love political post. Makes ya think and you can really defend or support your idea. It’s purely an opinion cause you can skew the “facts” anyway you want.

Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
Intelligence. She would have been a better representative of the working middle class by addressing the laughable Minimum Wage which is not livable considering inflation and the cost of living. Trump is trying to take care of the wealthy like he is with the tax plan. What happens with the proposed Tax Plan remains to be seen since it is clearly not understood by many in the Senate yet.

Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
Oiy vey. Where to begin...
The middle class is thriving right now. Consumer confidance is at an all time high. The economy is growing. The stock market is setting records. Commercial jobs are being created. How would this be happening under HRC? I'd love to hear it.
The success of the middle class has nothing to do with minimum wage. Seattle recently went through this and learned this lesson the hard way by raising the minimum wage to $13/hour. Raising the minimum wage caused longterm damage to businesses in the city and lead to an average loss of $1500 in income for low wage workers. Not to be arrogant on this issue but this is economics 101. Raising the minimum wage had the reverse effect on the Seattle economy.
If you think the economy would be growing under HRC like it is under Trump, you either have Alzheimer's or just aren't paying attention. Since you mentioned that Robert Mueller is top notch earlier...I just don't think you are paying attention.

Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
He wants to raise taxes and implement the same socialistic policies in Denmark. Free education. Free healthcare. Etc.
That's socialism 101.
Denmark is broke and has no national defense.
You ever wonder why the US had to bomb Syria earlier this year when Asad gassed his people? Why didn't a country in the EU step up? They are closer. I'll tell you why... they don't have a national defense budget because the EU is broke due to their ridiculous socialist policies.
...but according to Bernie, the same economic setup would work in the US.
Bernie is a senile moron who would destroy everything working class Americans have achieved. It's no wonder millenials like him. Those people haven't accumulated any wealth so they want it for free.
No fucking way.Last edited by ravenmaniac4life; 12-16-2017 at 10:28 PM.

Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
Define broke. I would think an over 1 trillion dollar deficit makes the US pretty broke also. Denmark ironically pays around 48% in taxes while we pay 26ish%. “Broke” they may be but their people ha e those services ...education , healthcare. Day care for working families Etc. I doubt they have no national defense they just don’t have what we have. It then again...Denmark isn’t the Worlds Police Force either. Rarely do you hear of them involved with “freeing” other countries or “protecting interests”.

Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
There you go. You make my point for me. Why is “our” policy the only right one?? Maybe if we kept our noses outa these screwed up countries ...we could spend less on defense. Hell if we were ever really invaded I know plenty of gun owners who’d have zero problem defending our country. Myself included. My point is with our current tax base...what do you ...Joe Public get for it? Not much when you compare apples to apples with other countries.

Re: Donald Trump is the most unpopular president on record
Here's why...
The organizing principle of any society is for war. The authority of the state over its people resides in its war powers.
There's a reason why we are the only superpower in the world. There's a reason why people float on trash in the ocean to come live here.
What do I get out of my tax dollars going to our national defense budget? I get peace of mind knowing that what happened in Europe in WW2 will not happen in the US.
