I think he’s definitely the fastest qb and unlike Vick Lamar is a polished passer coming out of college.

Deion probably still outruns Lamar and Vick. Lamar's success will be judged by how he passes the ball. Elway and Young were effective runners and they were never the fastest player on the field.

Lamar just has to learn to avoid contact

I don't remember Vick saying that Lamar was faster than him. I just remember Vick saying that Lamar was five times the prospect he was, because he was doing more from the pocket, in a pro style offense and against tougher competition. He mentioned Florida State and how difficult it was for him to just move the chains against the Seminoles, compared to what Jackson did against them.

Fla st is a shell of what it was in Vick’s time. They might be the 4th best time in fla now
