Williams did his job - deliver and/or take a hit from a defensive player to distract him long enough to keep him from hitting the RB in the back field. It wasn't pretty, but it was effective.

Too bad that play was called back for a holding penalty. From the game log - Ravens 1st &10 from the Houston 49, Collins gain of 8, holding #74, repeat first down.
