    Ravens in good company

There have been only 12 other teams to have 3 shutouts in the same season since the merger. All except the 1970 Cardinals went to the playoffs and 4/12 (03 Pats 00 Ravens 91 Redskins 72 Dolphins) won the superbowl that year. Only the 2000 Ravens (4) and 1976 steelers (5) had more than three in their year.

Thanks to @quirkyresearch for the list of teams.

I tell myself that it's not that impressive because it's been done against crap/backup QBs (well, the Bengals shutout was a surprise). But it wouldn't surprise me if most shutouts happened that way. It's still damn hard to give up zero points, especially when your offense sucks balls.

Hilarious beer commercial! It's an Old English nursery song:

"Lavender Blue" is an English folk song and nursery rhyme dating to the 17th century

"Lavender's blue, dilly dilly, lavender's green,
When I am king, dilly dilly, you shall be queen"
For those who take daughters or grandaughters to movies, you should recognize a Disney version:

In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

I mean, I supposed anything is possible...

But I just have a tough time thinking this team is going to do much in the playoffs with the current offensive output. They are devoid of play makers and Flacco clearly is struggling in this offense and behind that OL.

I wound just be happy with a ticket to the dance. After the exit the firing of Marty and Pees but you know Pees is here as long as Harbs. Maybe Cleveland will give him the HC position! Oh so glorious! Get rid of him and poison the competition.

The OL is more than capable when Stanley is in the game. The OL should not be used as a scape goat imo
