Why not save Woodhead for Shittsburgh?

I know the division looks out of reach now but this is still an important game. It's a rivalry and beating them could be a huge lift instead of rushing woodhead back and possibly getting him hurt again against Green Bay. If there's just one full game we see him in let it be at Shittsburgh

1 drive against Pittsburgh. 1 drive against Green Bay.

If he's good to go and cleared to play, why would you wait to play him? We need wins now. With Stanley more than likely out, we need ALL hands on deck to help get a win this week!!

    Knock the rust off.

How many snaps will it take for him to surpass 11's totals?
Not much really matters, and the rest doesn't matter at all.

Because they aren't in a position where they can say "we can win the next three games without him". For the Pittsburgh game to mean anything, whether WC or Division (which is extremely unlikely) they need to go into that game 7-5.

The guy has been out since week one and has been practicing since October 31. Activiating him now is hardly the definition of rushing him back.

Because it's Danny Freakin' Woodhead!! Play the man!!! :)

Seriously though, why not? Better to knock the rust off now so he can be ready to go against Pitt. Can't look forward to injuries. If he's healthy enough to play, put him out there.

Unfortunately, the rust is the only thing still keeping the rest of him together!

I guess you guys are right. We're pretty desperate to get any kind of spark going at this point. I just don't see Woodhead lasting until the Shittsburgh game.
