Next offseason should be 100 % focused on improving the pass game
If we just had an average level passing game i dont think that game would have been close with the titans. The passing game is so bad and we need an offseason focused on getting an abudance of recievers at WR and TE. The first move we need to make is getting Kubiak back here in some capacity. Im not sure about whats gonna happen with Harbs at this point.

100% focused on making Flacco take a pay cut, and putting the savings back into the offense.

Sure, Oz will improve the passing game. He'll draft pass rushers and small, fast LBs. Oh, you meant OFFENSIVE PASS GAME. Nah, gotta build up the D.
Not much really matters, and the rest doesn't matter at all.

This team improving the pass offense...?
How's two defensive linemen and a linebacker sound?

Uh...this season should have about that, after last year's shit show on offense.
But they proceeded to build an "elite" defense.
They fucked up big time.

The Ravens should publicly put Flacco on the spot. They can say they would be able to put more pieces around the QB, but Flacco gets paid too much. They won't of course, but it would be nice if Flacco admitted that he was incredibly overpaid, and was willing to be paid what's he's worth so that they could put better players around him.

Next offseason needs to be about restructuring the FO under DeCosta, getting your new coaching staff in place, getting some talent on offense, and trying to salvage Joe's career.
