I agree. Even though a offensive coordinator position is alot less stressful than a head coach position it may still be risky for Gary Kubiak to be a offensive coordinator again. I defintiely would like him as quarterback coach/pass game specialist. He could help Marty M on how to use two tight end sets better and etc.

Gary Kubiak would laugh in your face someone told him he would be "helping" MM. LOL

Kubiak is far superior coaching talent compared to MM

That is like comparing Harbaugh to Bellicheck. I just doesn't make sense

I'd make it as attractive as possible for Kubiak to work for the team in some capacity. How about Senior Advisor to the HC with full authority for the offense. He can hire the OC and entire offensive coaching staff. We'll have him to oversee and implement his philosophy with a staff from his own coaching tree. He can work with the QBs (or any other position group) as he wants. He wouldn't even have to travel if he or his wife didn't want him to.

Makes alot of sense if Gary Kubiak is really serious about his health. The guy already showed signs of being humble base off the fact that he's still apart of The Broncos staff but at much smaller role. My statement in general was being more considerate of Kubiak health. I wouldn't want him to be The Ravens offensive coordinator if it put his health in jeopardy and I would love him more in smaller role like at quarterback coach or maybe at head of offense type position.

I had a TIA back in October 2014. No damage, but one minute I was sitting at work at the computer and apparently 2 hours had passed and I'm the lobby and my wife was there to pick me up. Scary. Uncontrolled high blood pressure in my instance but brain MRI showed no damage. TIA's at best in my case are warning signs. Since been on BP meds and all is well!

Looks like Kubiak coming break may not even be an option.

I honestly don't see a reason why Kubiak would leave Elway. Why would Kubiak leave Elway to come work under Harbaugh?

Marty has done well enough this year after Joe's back healed and last year after he took over for Trestman Keep him.

There's no other option. Harbaugh has even said before that he's not a fan of installing new defensive AND offensive schemes in the same year.

Yeah, that's the way I look at it too. I wasn't over-joyed with Marty, but lately the Ravens are scoring more points. I'd like to see what he can do if Ozzie brings in an offensive FA (or two) and has a mostly offensive draft... Bc
