Re: Are we a better team with Mallet at QB?

Sure, just like Miami is a better team with Moore at QB. Lol

Why is it that the #2 QB is always the best option in the eyes of many fans?

Grass is always greener on the other side.

Funny thing is Moore has been very good as the backup QB in Miami. I was surprised at how poorly he played last night.

Some Baltimore fans are never happy. Whiners stated similar affection for backups to John Unitas and Bert Jones.
In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

I actually think he’s a way better option than Cutler.

No, and do you (OP) think Mallet could have thrown that TD pass to Maclin? ... Bc

I'd say yes. With Mallet there's no temptation to pass the ball or do anything besides run it. This means that 1. We'll see even more of Alex Collins and 2. Breshad Perriman won't be able to let us down

And when teams realize this, they'll shut down the run game and we'll lose.

We don't have the kind of running game that we can still be effective against a defensive that knows that's all we're going to do.
