I've been very critical of Joe over the last 2-3 years. Having said that, there is no way we are better with Mallet at QB. Mallet is so inaccurate that he could not drop a football off the side of a boat and hit the ocean. Joe has a lot of faults - footwork, decision making, occasional accuracy issues - but he's still far better then Mallet is. We've seen enough of Mallet this year in the preseason and the last couple of regular seasons when Joe was out to know that imo.
