I do agree most Netflix movies suck. The Perfection was okay. In the past I liked Bird Box and the Cloverfield movie, although there was something about the Cloverfield one that I didn't like. Maybe the ending? It's been a while since I watched it. But the vast majority of their movies are absolute garbage that would be terrible even compared to made for TV movies.

They need to step their game up because Disney is about to eat their lunch with the upcoming $12.99 Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu combo deal. At that point I will definitely consider cancelling my Netflix sub and only subbing when there are things I want to watch (i.e. ST4) moving forward.

Ugh so bummed about no Evan Peters. The show is its best when he's in a significant role. I feel like the show is less scary and more campy these days too.

I can't remember the last one I watched that was actually good. It sucks because they eat up space on their platform.

Yeah, I really liked Cult but it's the only season since Freak Show that I really enjoyed throughout. Hotel was up and down, Roanoake was objectively horrible imo, last season wasn't bad but it was forgettable (I can't even remember how it ended). And I really only enjoyed Cult so much because of Peters having such a big role in it, and absolutely nailing it. Any aspiring actor should watch his work in that season.

The theme of 1984 and 80's slasher stuff is cool on the surface but it being AHS I'm sure they plan to twist it around a lot.

I mean we caught up on masterchef. Being caught up on that and Handmaid's Tale has slowed down our TV consumption.
