Yikes, this could be career ending depending on the severity.
So the Ravens are going to lose a player every week to a season ending injury?

Well, now there is no surplus of talent on the DL. Good thing we kept all the guys at the cut down to 53. Looks like Ricard, Henry, Davis & Kaufusi will all see increased playing time.

What's crazy is you can't even blame these injuries on conditioning (even though some still do). broken feet, ankles, and hips along with torn ligaments. These things are beating the 2017 Ravens worse than the Jaguars did.
The biggest thing that few take account of, is that for every person placed on IR, you still have to eat their cap hit and then add to it with another player added even if they are a backup. The vet minimum is around 500k or so right? We've placed 15 players on IR before Urban. The Ravens could have likely saved around 5M if we only placed 5 total players on IR.

^ that's a great point. Also who takes his roster spot now? Do we really have anyone on the Practice squad worth bringing up? Or look outside?
