Log-in on a laptop or desktop, and there's a link under "my team" that says "select keepers."

As for draft order, if you look at the league rules, they say that the draft order is determined by the commish, so I figure they'll either carry over from last year or Capt. will mix it up before tomorrow. Frankly, I'd prefer that it be determined at random by ESPN right before the draft, but that's just me and I'm not running the show.
