I don't know about some more vitamin D but a B12 shot could probably do me some good. That and a shot ......or 10 of Vodka after reading some of the stuff coming out of that training camp session so far.

I've seen Joe Flacco throw some really shitty interceptions, but that throw by Mallett was terrible. That was shot-put motion Boller level right there.
