Every postseason besides 2011 and 2012.

Awful in the 08 AFC title game.

Awful in the 09 divisional game (there were a lot of dropped passes, but Flacco played poorly on his own - to be fair, he was injured and shouldn't have been playing at all)

He wasn't awful for the whole 2010 divisional game against the Steelers, but his play in the 3rd quarter is quite possibly the single worst performance I have ever seen from a QB at any level. He was lobbing up easy INTs, throwing away balls at his lineman's feet with a clean pocket, running out of bounds for sacks, etc. We quickly blew a 14 point lead thanks to him and Ray Rice's annual sudden January fumbling problem.

And he fell apart in the second half against the Pats in 2014.

Hell, he even threw a terrible INT midway through the 4th quarter of the 2011 AFC title game. If Brady hadn't thrown one right back, that would have gone down as a choke on Flacco's part too.

But Brady did throw one back, and Joe led the drive that should have got them to the Super Bowl. That's not choking.
Joe led the drive that should have given them the lead against the Steelers and the final drive would have only been for a FG. The TD pass was dropped. They went back again and a 4th and 19 pass was dropped. That's not choking. That's the epitomy of clutch. When it's absolutely needed at the end of the game when chances are gone, he stepped up.
He threw the TD pass that should have made Brady's last TD only be for the tie. Daniels dropped it. He then came back and threw a pass on the second to last drive that we thought was a bad throw into double coverage until we saw that Torrey had more than enough space, time and opportunity to jump up and catch it in front of the safety.
