    Hope he retires.

    Does this mean the Ravens are close to acquiring Decker, so they need the cap/roster space?
    And this obviously increases the likelihood they keep Watson now.

    That's quite huge. That puts our cap room to roughly 6.5.

    Watson would save us an additioanl 3.
